A 26-Hour Scenario Game on September 1st and 2nd The GAME: APOCALYPSE NOW is a 26-Hour Scenario game written and run by Kerry “VIPER” Rosenberry, a Nationally Known Scenario Director who has produced games across the US. Viper is a true Scenario Player as well that always makes his games fun for everyone. He has Teamed up with TIPPMANN and EMR to bring the players in the Northeast the finest in 26-Hour Scenario games. “APOCALYPSE NOW” is the story of a colonel, Walter E. Kurtz, (Played by Daniel “BARNEY” Alamo) with the US ARMY SPECIAL FORCES during the Vietnam War. Kurtz has become frustrated with the ways that politicians were preventing the Americans from securing a Victory. He has made his way deep into Cambodia along with his Army followers and a large number of Hmoung Tribesmen (Who worship him like a God) and are killing anyone who invades their little piece of the jungle. An eccentric man in many ways, the US Army has declared him AWOL (Absent With Out Leave) and is leveling official charges against him. They want him brought in for a court-martial. Facing the Colonel and his band of followers is Lt. Col Bill Kilgore (Played by Josh Foote of Delta) of the newly formed AIR CAV. His “I love the smell of Napalm in the morning” speech is notorious, and a dark illustration of how some men are simply born to be warriors. Throw into the mix Captain Benjamin Willard, a spooky Army Ranger assigned to MAC SOG (Military Assistance Command Special Operations Group), a joint service High Command Unconventional-Warfare Task Force. Captain Willard has been sent on a clandestine operation to find Colonel Kurtz and terminate his command with Extreme Prejudice. Of course this is the Vietnam War, so the VietCong can be found behind any tree or rock and will likely shoot anything that moves that is American or Hmoung. Teams: Backing up Kurtz “BARNEY” are teams ACHES & PAINS, AMBUSH ALPHA, ASSASSINS GUILD, BITM, DELTA RAIDERS, E-JAM, 40 OZ CASUALTIES, HOUSE SOLSTICE, JERSEY TITANS, LIGHTNING FORCE, LOADED CROWS, MAYBERRY MARAUDERS, PA BREW CREW, PUBCRAWLING, RTD, TRIAL BY FIRE, AND YANKEE DIVISION.
