PRIVATE GROUP INFORMATION

EMR Paintball Park consists of 122 acres dedicated to Paintball Fun and Excitement. There are 24 Playing Fields that include Woods Fields, two Castles, a Town with One and Two Story Buildings, Western Style Stockade Fort, Firebase, Stilt Village, and more. EMR also sports a full Rec. Center complete with tables, chairs, foosball tables, ping pong, snacks, and beverages. In addition there is a Picnic Pavillion with a Gas Grill and Picnic Tables as well as Horseshoe Pits and a Volleyball Court. EMR will OPEN for PRIVATE GROUPS of 10 or more players Any Day of the Week including Weekends from March 1st through September 30th and on Weekend Days Only October 1st through December 31st. We are normally closed due to weather for the Months of January and February. If it is unseasonably warm during those months and if you would like to book a group, contact EMR first by calling (570) 465-9622 or e-mail Operations@EMRpaintball.com .

All private groups must reserve their play date with a deposit covering the minimum number of players for their group which will apply towards their fees when they Check-In and EMR recommends reserving your play date at least two weeks in advance to insure getting the day that they desire. Walk-on Groups or individual players are only accepted on scheduled OPEN PLAY days and Big Events.

Pricing is the same for Players that Own Their Own Equipment as it is for Players that Need Equipment because we include unlimited CO2 and Compressed Air for all players. ALL PLAYERS that have THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT should show up ½ hour early to adjust their markers to chrono within our safety margin so that they are ready to play when their group is ready.

Groups may be booked for either a 4 hour session at either 9:00 am or 2:00 pm with 500 paintballs each or an all-day session from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm or any part of those hours with 1000 paintballs each. Two Day sessions with overnight stay and night play are also available and we offer a 2-Hour Birthday Special. If the set time schedules will not work for your group, please contact Jamie Behler at Operations@EMRpaintball.com and he will work with you to try to set up something that is agreeable.

For Groups over 50 players that wish to set up a one or two day event for their group or organization, please contact Operations@EMRpaintball.com . We will be happy to work with you to set up a custom program and playing times.

IF a PRIVATE GROUP DOES NOT HAVE 10 PLAYERS, but STILL WISHES to BOOK A PRIVATE GROUP, they can pay for 10 players, receive the paintballs for 10 players, and still reserve a private group with the standard Deposit. The cost would be $400 for the group of 10 or less and they would receive 5,000 paintballs for the 4 Hour Session and $600 for the all day session and they would receive 10,000 paintballs.

PRIVATE GROUP PRICING-FOUR HOUR SESSION:

$40.00 ($37.73 plus $2.27 PA Sales Tax) PER PLAYER for GROUPS OF 10 or more players. Price includes per player: 4 hour Play on a variety of playing fields from either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm, run by EMR Safety Trained Refs, 500 Paintballs, TIPPMANN Model 98 Semi-Auto Paintball Marker and Mask if needed, and unlimited CO2 and COMPRESSED AIR.

To play for a TWO-DAY period, the price would be $70.00 per player ($66.03 plus $3.97 PA Sales tax) and includes the above listed package above from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm plus an additional consecutive day of play for 4 Hours from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and an additional 500 paintballs per player.

$30.00 ($28.30 plus $1.70 PA Sales Tax) PER PLAYER for GROUPS OF 25 or more players. Everyone receives the above package and the ORGANIZER gets the package listed above FREE PLUS an additional 1500 PAINTBALLS.

Price includes per player: All Day Play on a variety of playing fields anytime from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm, run by EMR Safety Trained Refs, 1000 Paintballs, TIPPMANN Model 98 Semi-Auto Paintball Marker and Mask if needed, and unlimited CO2 and COMPRESSED AIR.
To play for a TWO-DAY period, the price would be $90.00 per player ($84.90 plus $5.10 PA Sales Tax) and includes the above listed package plus an additional consecutive day of play for 4 Hours from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and an additional 500 paintballs per player or $110 ($103.77 plus $6.23 PA Sales Tax) per player for the above listed package plus an additional full day of play from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and an additional 1000 paintballs per player.

BIRTHDAY SPECIAL:

$299.00 for 10 to 15 Players ($282.07 plus $16.93 PA Sales Tax) Includes 2 hours of play, 3000 Paintballs, Tippmann Semi-Auto Markers, Mask/Goggles, CO2, Assorted Bags of Snacks, one 12 oz Soda per Player, and MAY BE BOOKED FOR EITHER 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM. We recommend that Birthday groups show up 15 minutes before start time to get checked in. Birthday Player must be between the ages of 10 and 17 and need a minimum of 10 Players for the group which may be a mix of adults and young players. Must reserve two weeks in advance with a $299.00 deposit. FOR PARTIES OF OVER 15 PLAYERS, PRIVATE GROUP PRICING, PLAY TIME, AND DETAILS APPLY! We do not book Birthday Groups for Night Play.

When BOOKING a Private Group Date for a 4-HOUR SESSION, you must reserve that date for your group with a $400 deposit in advance for 10 to 24 players, $720 deposit for 25 to 49 players, and $ 1470.00 deposit for 50 or more players. Deposits may be made with Cash or Money Orders at any time or Personal Checks if the personal Check is received by EMR at least Two Weeks in advance of the Group Play Date or you may pay for your deposit with a Credit Card or by Paypal. Deposits made by Cash, Check or Money Order must be submitted with this form http://emrpaintball.com/forms/regform2.html . To make Private Group Reservations with a Credit Card or through Paypal, they must be done at http://emrpaintball.com/forms/preregform2.html .

When BOOKING a Private Group Date for a FULL DAY SESSION, you must reserve that date for your group with a $600 deposit in advance for 10 to 24 players, $1,440 deposit for 25 to 49 players, and $ 2,940.00 deposit for 50 or more players. Deposits may be made with Cash or Money Orders at any time or Personal or Company Checks if the Check is received by EMR at least Two Weeks in advance of the Group Play Date or you may pay for your deposit with a Credit Card or by Paypal. Deposits made by Cash, Check or Money Order must be submitted with this form http://emrpaintball.com/forms/regform2.html . To make Private Group Reservations with a Credit Card or through Paypal, they must be done at http://emrpaintball.com/forms/preregform2.html .

DEPOSITS are non-refundable and should be made at least two weeks in advance to insure Group Reservation; however, it is sometimes possible to reserve a Private Group as quickly as one day in advance if equipment and refs are available and it is done with a credit card or paypal. Call (570) 465-9622 or e-mail Operations@EMRPaintball.com first to confirm any dates for private group availability before booking. If a PRIVATE GROUP MUST CANCEL their booking, they need to do so AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED TO PLAY by calling (570) 465-9622 and leaving a message. The deposit will be held and used towards a rescheduled Play Day.

If the Private group does not cancel 24 hours in advance by calling (570) 465-9622 and leaving a message and does not show up to play, they forfeit the entire deposit to EMR to cover the time and expenses incurred by EMR to prepare for the group. Any group that does not show up with the minimum amount of players that they made the deposit for will be entitled to the 500 paintballs for each player that did not show up, but no further refund or credit. EXAMPLE: If a group pays a deposit for 10 players of $400 which entitles each of the 10 players to 500 paintballs, Total 5000 Paintballs, and then shows up with only 8 players, they will receive the 5000 Paintballs, but no further refund or credit. This is due to the time, expense, and manpower used to prepare for the group size that was booked.

A RENTAL FORM must be filled out and signed by each member of any Private Group of 20 players or smaller that needs equipment and is to be turned in at Check-in to receive Rental Equipment. You must present and leave either a Credit Card or a Government ID along with your Rental Form to get your Rental Equipment. It will be returned when you turn in your Rental Equipment. If you wish to fill out the form before arriving at EMR, you can down load them at http://emrpaintball.com/forms/equipment.html . For Private groups of 21 or more players that wish to put all of the equipment on one sheet, this may be done on one form that is available when you arrive at EMR. To use the single form, one person must accept responsibility for all of the equipment and see to it that all equipment is returned in good shape. This person must provide a valid Credit Card and Photo Government Issued ID for the EMR staff to hold until all equipment is returned and checked in.

A LIABILITY WAIVER must be filled out and signed by every player before receiving equipment or playing. If any player is UNDER 18, they must have a Parent or Guardian also sign the Waiver and the Medical Section of the Form must be filled out. The Waiver also must be turned in at Check-in to receive your equipment or paintballs. The EMR SAFETY, GAME, and CONDUCT RULES must be read, understood, and strictly adhered to during your Private Group outing at EMR. These rules will insure that all players have a safe and fun experience. A Safety Trained Ref or Refs will accompany your Private Group to organize your games and make sure that everyone behaves in a safe manner. All players must listen to their Ref and follow their instructions. These Safety Rules can be found at http://emrpaintball.com/safety.shtml .

CHECK IN will go much faster if your group has their Waivers filled out and signed as well as their Rental Forms filled out and signed for any players needing Rental Equipment when they arrive at EMR.

To STAY OVERNIGHT in a bunkhouse or on a campsite, there is no charge, however a refundable deposit must be made at the time that the Reservation is placed which is on the Reservation Form. Also for Overnight Stays, they group must be booked at least two weeks in advance. The deposit will be returned when the group is ready to leave if the bunkhouse and/or Campsite is clean and there is no damage. To reserve a Bunkhouse requires a $50 deposit and to reserve a Campsite requires a $20 deposit. Deposits must be claimed before leaving the facility. The Bunkhouses are not heated. You may bring a Propane or Kerosene Heater for your use, however Electric Heaters are not allowed.

FREE EXTRA AMENITIES for the use by Private Groups that stay overnight include a Bon Fire Area, Fishing Pond, Volleyball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Picnic Pavilion with Gas Grill, and a Rec. Center with Ping Pong Table, and Foosball Tables.

AGE REQUIREMENT to play Paintball at EMR is a minimum of 10 Years old. Under 12 Years Old must be accompanied on the playing field with an adult at least 18 Years Old or Groups of Children under 12 must have a minimum of one adult at least 18 Years Old playing with them.

SNACKS & BEVERAGES can be purchased at EMR consisting of Assorted Chips, Candy Bars, Peanuts, Hot Pockets, Soda, Water, and Gatorade.

HOT & COLD FOOD can be ordered locally at numerous different restaurants within 10 minutes of EMR for Pickup by your group.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS are ACCEPTED at EMR. Payment of Private Group Deposits may be made by Personal Check if received by EMR at least 2 weeks in advance of the Private Group Play Date.

CASH. MASTERCARD, and VISA are accepted at EMR at all times.

BUSINESS CHECKS are accepted only if pre-approved by EMR in advance or received at least 2 weeks in advance of play date.
